Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Multi-Factor Authentication, or “MFA”, is an additional layer of security that can be enabled to better protect your data and make it more difficult for unauthorized users to access the platform.
- Reduces Fraud & Identity Theft - MFA reduces the risk of fraud and identity theft by requiring additional security measures that “bad actors” can not easily access.

User Preferences > Security - Multi-factor Authentication
How to Use this Functionality
- Select User Preferences from the platform menu found by clicking the advisor's likeness in the upper right area
- Click on "Security"
- Choose the preferred contact method (email, text on phone, or both)
- Enter the validation code to complete MFA Authentication
