SVP of Marketing

Asset-Map is looking for an SVP of Marketing to join our dynamic team. This is an important role with the opportunity to make a significant impact on this rapidly growing company and millions of people experiencing the platform worldwide. You should understand SaaS Marketing, the pain points of Financial Advisors and FinTech buyers, with an eye towards developing inbound leads and brand recognition, comprehensive marketing plans to effectively attack communities,  customer tranches, partner opportunities, working with and supporting our Sales team to increase account penetration and sales.

What You’ll Do as SVP of Marketing 

You will run our Marketing team and efforts, reporting directly to the President and CEO, and working collaboratively with the Executive Committee to craft, measure, report on, and improve our overall marketing strategy and the details of our marketing operations. You will become an expert on Asset-Map’s product-market-fit, impact, solutions, process, value-props, and target markets, and will continue to dynamically test, iterate, adjust, and implement marketing strategy improvements. You will bring both strategic vision and solid execution skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build alignment between marketing and sales teams by supporting sales through clear  communication, shared metrics, and responsiveness to sales/market needs 

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel, multi-channel, demand generation strategy to  increase qualified leads and influence pipeline

  • Regularly evaluate, and where needed, overhaul and optimize marketing operations,  including campaign performance tracking, attribution models, and tech stack efficiency.

  • Manage, direct, mentor, and develop the existing marketing team, providing strategic  direction while staying close to day-to-day execution 

  • Define and report on key KPIs tied to pipeline, lead quality, and campaign ROI.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership across Product, Sales, and RevOps to support  company-wide initiatives

  • Advance and Develop our Product Marketing: Drive the creation of product-focused  content in collaboration with our CX team —including launch videos, feature highlights,  social messaging, and educational blogs—that directly support customer adoption

  • Project manage key Marketing initiatives and high-value projects 

  • Protect and scale brand consistency both inside and outside the organization

  • Elevate the brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across digital channels and content

What We’re Looking For 

  • 8+ years of mid-market B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally with at least 2+ years at the VP or Senior Director level in a SaaS company. 

  • Strong track record of leading and scaling demand gen programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact. 

  • Experience using HubSpot (a must-have) 

  • Exceptional project management skills 

  • Proven track record of Product Marketing success 

  • Demonstrated experience improving marketing-sales alignment and fostering cross-functional collaboration 

  • Data-driven mindset with fluency in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and  attribution 

  • Hands-on leadership style — you’re just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you  are building strategy 

  • Prior experience managing and mentoring small to mid-size teams 

  • Greater Philadelphia proximity is strongly preferred

Other Valued Qualities and Skills:

  •  Self-motivated, innovative, and highly organized 

  • Excellent writing skills with a portfolio of marketing copy 

  • Strong graphic skills with a portfolio of your work 

  • Experience using Click-up or comparable project management systems

  • A passion for Financial Services technology (aka FinTech), and/or Financial services  experience, including but not limited to investments, life insurance, annuities, and other  financial instruments


Compensation and Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience. Employer-subsidized health and dental insurance. Hours and Location: This is a full-time position. This is a location hybrid role, and will require some in-office time at our headquarters located in Olde Kensington, Philadelphia, in addition to remote work.
