Sales Support Coordinator

Role Overview:
We are hiring a Sales Support Coordinator to work directly with our sales team, and SDRs to support active deals, improve sales execution, and help drive revenue.
This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, deal support, and process improvement. You will not be a passive coordinator — you will actively help move opportunities forward by supporting demos, managing follow-ups, organizing pipeline activity, and ensuring the sales team is focused on the right actions at the right time.

Primary Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Deal Support
Partner directly with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to support active sales opportunities.
Assist with demo preparation, follow-up materials, proposals, and next-step coordination.
Ensure post-demo actions are executed quickly and accurately.
Help manage deal logistics including scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination.
Pipeline & CRM Support
Maintain accurate CRM data (deal stages, notes, contacts, next steps).
Track deal progress and flag stalled or at-risk opportunities.
Support forecasting and pipeline review preparation.
Ensure sales activity aligns with Asset-Map’s sales process.
Sales Enablement
Organize and maintain sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, email templates, demo assets).
Assist with onboarding and ongoing support for new sales team members.
Help standardize best practices across demos, discovery, and follow-ups.
Coordinate internal sales meetings and prep materials.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
Help route customer and prospect feedback to the appropriate teams.
Support handoffs from Sales to Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition.

Sales reps spend more time selling and less time chasing details.
CRM data is clean, accurate, and useful.
Follow-ups are timely, consistent, and professional.
Sales leadership has better visibility into pipeline health.
Qualifications:
Required
2+ years in a sales support, sales operations, revenue operations, or customer-facing SaaS role.
Strong organizational and execution skills.
Comfort working in CRM systems (HubSpot, Google Drive or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Strong attention to detail with a bias toward action.
Preferred
Experience supporting SaaS or B2B sales teams.
Exposure to financial services, fintech, or advisor technology.
Experience supporting demos, proposals, or enterprise sales cycles.

This is a full-time salaried position.
Location
This is a remote position and will require periodic visits to our Philadelphia headquarters.

This position will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer
