Inside Sales Associate

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced, disciplined, and self-motivated Inside Sales Associate to focus exclusively on expanding relationships with existing customers. You’ll play a critical role in driving growth by identifying opportunities to introduce customers to additional software modules, premium features, and professional services that help them get even more value from our platform.

Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, you’ll work closely with our Customer Success Team, who will help identify engaged customers and warm opportunities, but you’ll own the sales process—from discovery to close.

What You’ll Do:

  •  Proactively reach out to existing customers to identify needs and present additional solutions that align with their goals. 

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team in customer outreach and sales approach to ensure a seamless handoff and outstanding customer experience. 

  • Manage a high volume of customer touchpoints through calls, video meetings, and emails.

  • Maintain detailed records of outreach, pipeline, and performance metrics in the CRM.

  • Dramatically increase our volume of existing expansion sales 

  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams on customer insights and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of direct sales experience within financial services or fintech. 

  • Proven ability to sell consultatively and build lasting relationships with professional clients.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment—organized, accountable, and goal-oriented.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal). 

  • Familiarity with HubSpot and virtual selling platforms (e.g., Zoom, Loom). 

  • Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

  • The highest level of professionalism. 

  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion. 

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of operations, office management, or human resources experience, ideally with at least 2+ years at a fully or partially remote company.

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Human Resources Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role—remote experience preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • The highest level of professionalism. 

  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).

Other Valued Qualities & Skills:

Experience as a financial advisor or direct experience selling software to financial advisors

Compensation and Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience. Employer subsidized health insurance. Location: This is a remote position and will require periodic visits to our Philadelphia headquarters.

Reports: This position will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer.
