Asset-Map is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic, partially remote marketing team. This is a crucial role focused on driving product awareness, adoption, and revenue expansion from our existing customer base. You'll be the strategic bridge between product innovation and market success, ensuring every launch, feature release, and integration creates measurable value for advisors and revenue growth for Asset-Map.
What You'll Do as Growth Marketing Manager
You will own the entire product marketing lifecycle, from positioning and messaging to launch execution and post-launch optimization. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll work collaboratively with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing team. Your mission is clear: turn product capabilities into compelling advisor stories, drive subscription upgrades from Pro to Elite, and ensure every customer understands how to maximize their Asset-Map investment.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll develop messaging frameworks, build multi-channel campaigns, create sales enablement materials, and use data to continuously optimize customer growth. You'll have the opportunity to shape how thousands of advisors discover and adopt Asset-Map's visual communication platform while directly impacting company revenue.
Primary Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging
Develop and maintain core product messaging and value propositions that resonate with wealth advisors, RIAs, insurance broker-dealers, and credit unions
Create positioning frameworks that clearly differentiate Asset-Map in the marketplace
Translate features into advisor benefits and compelling use case narratives
Maintain competitive intelligence and develop sales battlecards
Own messaging hierarchy for subscription tiers
Ensure all product communications emphasize outcomes over features and speak in simple, conversational language
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns for product launches and feature releases
Build customer lifecycle campaigns across onboarding, adoption, engagement, and expansion stages
Create targeted upsell campaigns to drive existing subscriber conversion to higher tiers
Coordinate campaign strategy across channels, including email, webinars, in-app messaging, and sales outreach
Test messaging variations and optimize campaigns based on performance data
Customer Marketing & Revenue Expansion
Work with the Customer Success team to:
Develop retention and engagement programs for existing subscribers
Deliver training programs to users
Create feature adoption campaigns to increase product utilization and demonstrate value
Build advocacy programs and systematically gather customer testimonials and success stories
Analyze usage data and inform targeted campaigns
Drive revenue retention and expansion from the current customer base through strategic upsell initiatives
Identify churn risks and develop win-back strategies
What We're Looking For
4+ years of product marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or financial technology
Proven track record of successful product launches and customer expansion campaigns
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create compelling, benefit-focused messaging
Experience developing sales enablement materials and training sales teams
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
Other Valued Qualities and Skills
Experience in financial services, fintech, or serving financial advisor audiences
Familiarity with subscription business models and tier-based pricing strategies
Experience with marketing automation platforms, Hubspot CRM, and analytics tools
Understanding of advisor tech stack ecosystems and platform integrations
Previous experience at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company
Compensation and Benefits
Salary commensurate with experience. Employer-subsidized health and dental insurance. Employer-provided short- and long-term disability coverage and life insurance. 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions. All full-time employees participate in the Employee Stock Option Plan.

This is a full-time salaried position.
Location
This is a remote position and will require periodic visits to our Philadelphia headquarters.
Reports
This position will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
