Customer Success Advisor

Asset-Map is looking for a Customer Success Advisor to join our dynamic, remote customer success team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Customer Success, you’ll be the primary advocate and trusted advisor for our larger customers. You’ll guide them from onboarding through renewal, ensuring they gain maximum value from our products and services. This role blends relationship management with strategic financial and sales acumen — you’ll help customers realize ROI, identify growth opportunities, and support renewal and expansion goals.

What You'll Do as Customer Success Advisor

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers.

  • Lead customer onboarding and training sessions to ensure successful product adoption.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs, issue resolution, and escalations.

  • Analyze customer performance, usage data, and ROI to demonstrate value and support renewals.

  • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Customer Success, Sales, and Customer Service teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) highlighting performance metrics and outcomes.

  • Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product enhancements and overall company strategy.

  • Monitor customer health scores and proactively address risks to retention or satisfaction.

  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or other.

  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, financial principles, and ROI analysis.

  • Proven ability to manage revenue-related goals, including renewals, expansions, and retention.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience with CRM and Customer Success tools (e.g., HubSpot, ChurnZero, QuickSight).

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer and financial data into actionable insights.

Other Valued Qualities and Skills

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or serving financial advisor audiences.

  • Familiarity with subscription business models and tier-based pricing strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range for this role is $75,000–$90,000, commensurate with experience. Employer-subsidized health insurance. Employer-provided short- and long-term disability coverage and life insurance. 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions. All full-time employees participate in the Employee Stock Option Plan.

This is a full-time salaried position.

Location

This is a remote position and will require periodic visits to our Philadelphia headquarters. 

Reports

This position will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Customer Success.
